When I was in a YSA singles ward in San Diego, one of the first Relief Society activities I attended was a Pampering Spa Night. We started in one room with manicures where some ladies had volunteered to do this for the group. This was kind of a fun way to get to know the girl doing my manicure.
They had a room with fruits and veggies and spa water to relax and chat with the other ladies.
Another was back massages by some of the Elders Quorum men who volunteered. Umm don't know they ever got that one approved. The room was real dimly lit and I saw a bunch of towels laid out and the men giving massages, I decided to peace out that idea. Yikes! It seemed a little too intimate for me for these "volunteers" who looked like they were enjoying this too much :)
Ahh the life of LDS YSA!
